The BMI calculator on our website runs in your browser. The height and weight you enter are not sent to us.
How we use your information
- to contact you and arrange your consultation

Who we share it with
We only share your information with people involved in your care, such as our dietitians, physiotherapists, psychologists and laboratory or imaging partners, and only as needed. We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Booking forms on this website
Every booking form on this website is the same form. Whichever page you use it on, your details go to one secure enquiry inbox that only the AQ Wellness team can access, together with the page you sent them from, so we can contact you and arrange your consultation. Please share only what is needed to arrange your appointment; your full medical history is best discussed in your consultation.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or submit a form that opens WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Please avoid sharing detailed medical information in group chats or on shared devices.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as needed for your care and our legal and professional obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Some medical records may need to be kept for a period required by law or professional guidance.
